【摘要】 在分析城市交通规划发展的基础上提出研究城市交通规划后评价的必要性和作用。在一般项目后评价方法的基础上对城市交通规划后评价的含义、特点、评价机制和评价方法进行了初步的分析和阐述,提出了适合城市交通规划后评价的评价指标体系和评价方法。从后评价的角度对城市交通规划进行研究,不仅对提高城市交通规划方案的合理性与可行性有重要的意义,也是新形势下进行城市交通规划理论研究的起点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the development of urban transportation planning,this paper discusses the importance and necessity of Post-evaluation research of urban transportation planning,with a systematical study of the meanings,characteristics,mechanism,methods,and indexes of post-evaluation of urban traffic planning.The paper also presents the evaluation indexes and methods for post-evaluation of urban transportation planning.It is realized that a study of urban traffic planning from the angle of post-evaluation can not only enhance rationality and feasibility of urban traffic planning,but also enrich urban transportation planning theories.更多还原
