【摘要】 我国农业基础设施存量无论是总体水平还是具体构成均对国民生产总值具有较强的、持续时间较长的正影响且时滞相对较短。我国农业基础设施投资不足构成了农业生产的瓶颈制约,政府有必要采取措施,加大对农业基础设施的投入,并鼓励民间资本对农业基础设施的投资,保证有充足的资金来推动农业基础设施建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Total level or real composites in China’s agricultural infrastructure stock have relatively big and everlasting positive effects on Gross National Product and have relative short time-lag.The insufficient investment in China’s agricultural infrastructure forms the bottleneck to restrict agricultural production.As a result,governments of China are necessary to take measures to enlarge investment in agricultural infrastructure,encourage civil capital to invest in agricultural infrastructure and ensure sufficient funds to promote agricultural infrastructure construction.更多还原
