【摘要】 实现农地在农户与台商之间的合理流转,是提高农地资源配置效率与深化闽台农业合作的需要。分析农户与台商的农地租赁行为发现,租赁价格与交易费用是影响农地租赁的主要因素。健全农地承包经营权市场,稳定台商农地租赁使用权,同时积极完善农村社会保障体系是解决当前闽台农业合作中的农地租赁问题的重要思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reasonable circulation of farmland between farmers of Fujian and Taiwan businessmen is the demand of improving farmland resources allocation efficiency and deepening agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan.After analyzing farmland-leasing behaviors between peasants and Taiwan businessmen,this paper reveals that leasing prices and transaction cost are the main factors which influence farmland-leasing.Perfecting contracted farmland ownership market to stabilize farmland leasing and use right of Taiwan businessmen and actively perfecting rural social insurance system are an important idea on farmland leasing issue in agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan at present.更多还原
