溶胶-凝胶法低温原位合成锐钛矿片状晶体
In-Situ Anatase Flake Crystals Prepared by Sol-gel Method at Low Temperature
【摘要】 以溶胶-凝胶工艺,采用"钛酸丁酯—水—无水乙醇—盐酸"体系,在低温下制备出具有光催化性能的二氧化钛溶胶。X射线衍射(XRD)测试显示,溶胶在40℃干燥后所得粉体,无需热处理即为锐钛矿晶型;对溶胶进行X射线吸收精细结构(XAFS)分析,证明溶胶的液相中存在锐钛矿结构,且溶胶具有1年以上的长期稳定性;将溶胶成膜后进行扫描电镜分析,观察到片状的锐钛矿晶体,长度10 nm~1μm,宽度均相近约30 nm。由于含有锐钛矿晶体,溶胶(而非常见的粉体或者薄膜)在紫外光照下可使罗丹明B在15 min内分解约40%。
【Abstract】 TiO2 sol with photocatalytic property was prepared through sol-gel method,using Ti(OC4H9)4,H2O,C2H5OH and HC(?)reaction system with mol ratio 1:185:10:0.1.X Ray Diffraction results of powders,getting from drying the sol at 40℃without any further heat treatment,show an anatase pattern.X-ray Absorption Fine Structure analysis of the sol reveals that there is anatase structure in the liquid. In Scanning Electron Microscopy images there are anatase flake crystals,with a width of 30 nm while the length varying from 10 nm to 1 micron.Because of the anatase crystals,the sol itself,not powders or films,can decompose Rhodamine B under UV light with a ratio of 40% in 15min.
