用耐火粘土废砖粉制备Al2O3/SiC复相陶瓷材料的研究

【摘要】 以耐火粘土废砖粉为原料.无烟煤为还原剂,研究了碳热还原反应制备Al2O3/SiC复相陶瓷材料的反应过程,探索了其工艺参数对其反应的影响。结果表明,在适当的碳和氧化硅摩尔比,不低于1600℃时可以合成Al2O3/SiC复相陶瓷。随着还原反应温度的升高,保温时间的延长,碳含量的适量增加,原料粒度越细,都可以有效的促进反应进行。催化剂的加入对碳热还原反应有一定的影响。SEM观察表明Al2O3/SiC复相陶瓷中,SiC交错分布在刚玉之间。

【Abstract】 Using waste clay refractories as raw materials and anthracite coal as a reducer,Al2O3/SiC composite materials were synthesized by carbon thermal reduction reaction.The synthesis process and its influencing factors were investigated.The results show that Al2O3/SiC composite materials can be synthesized from waste clay brick under the condition of proper C/SiO2 mole ratio over 1600℃.Increasing synthesis temperature and prolonging soaking time are beneficial to the reaction process and choosing raw materials with small grain size and adding suitable catalyst can also assist the reaction process.SEM results demonstrated that SiC phase distributed uniformly in the corundum phase in the Al2O3/SiC composite materials.
