钢包用耐高温材料损毁机理分析
Study on the Destroying Mechanism of Refractory in Steel Ladle
【摘要】 对洁净钢冶炼钢包用无碳耐高温材料渣侵蚀后的显微结构进行了分析,得到钢包精炼熔渣与Al2O3-MgO(SP)耐高温材料的反应产物主要有钙黄长石(C2AS)、钙长石(CAS2)、六铝酸钙(CA6)。分析其损毁机理主要包括熔渣与耐火材料的反应、熔渣在耐火材料中的渗透以及钢液在耐火材料中通过裂纹的侵入,提出了延长洁净钢冶炼钢包用无碳耐高温材料寿命的技术方向。
【Abstract】 The microstructure of Al2O3-MgO(SP)non-carbon refractory after slag erosion in clean-steel refining industry was analyzed. The results showed that C2AS,CAS2 and CA6 were produced when the slag reacted with Al2O3-MgO(SP).The destroying mechanism of the refractory in steel ladle was revealed as the reaction between the slag and the refractory,the invasion of slag into the refractory and the invasion of the steel liquid into the refractory through the crack.Accordingly,extending the life-span of non-carbon refractory is becoming the research trend.
