非金属矿资源转型赛隆陶瓷材料的产业化技术
Study on Industrialization Technology for Non-Metallic Mineral Resource Transformed SiAION Ceramics
【摘要】 为降低SiAlON的生产成本,加速材料的实用化,国内外对天然非金属矿廉价原料的还原氮化合成SiAlON给予高度重视,非金属矿资源转型赛隆陶瓷材料是一类原料来源丰富、生产成本低廉,适于工业化大规模生产且极具发展前途的合成方法。本文总结了几类SiAlON材料制备的产业化技术发展、进行不同热工装备的生产潜力评价,进一步制备出新型结构-功能一体化SiAlON族陶瓷基复合材料。
【Abstract】 In order to reduce manufacturing cost of SiAION and promote its utilization,great attention was recently given in world that SiAlON were synthesized from natural non-metallic mineral using carbothermal reduction nitridation.It was a promising route with abundant resource,inexpensive cost and large-scale industrialization potential.Research and development of industrialization for SiAlON materials,potential evaluation on various process and equipment have been reviewed.A new family of SiAION ceramic matrix composites with structural and functional properties was consequently fabricated.
