钢基Fe/Al2O3梯度复合材料组织性能研究

【摘要】 采用喷涂法+溶胶-凝胶法相结合的复合工艺制备了表面光洁、无宏观裂纹的钢基Fe/Al2O3梯度复合材料,并利用扫描电子显微镜、X-ray等对其性能进行测试。结果表明:梯度涂层主要由α-Al2O3,AlFeO3,AlFe3和Al86Fe14等物相组成,其界面Al元素和Fe元素呈准连续变化;梯度涂层与钢基体界面结合强度平均达到17.62MPa;比较钢基Fe/Al2O3梯度复合材料表面和钢基体的硬度、耐磨性及耐腐蚀性,发现前者均比后者优越,其中前者的硬度大约是后者的4.5倍,摩擦磨损量前者约为后者的二分之一。

【Abstract】 The composite of Fe/Al2O3 gradient coatings with finish surface and no macro-crack on steel substrate was prepared by the wet type craft technique(including the method of spray and the method of sol-gel) system,and the performances of the composite were investigated by SEM,XRD etc.The results show that the Fe/Al2O3 gradient coatings are composed of α-Al2O3,AlFeO3,AlFe3 and Al86Fe14,whose interfacial Al and Fe element varied gradually on the material thickness direction.No obvious delimitation phenomenon appeared and the α-Al2O3 and FeAlO3 were found as the main phase.The average bonding strength between the coating and steel base is as high as 17.62 MPa.Comparing the hardness,wear resistance and corrosion resistance between the composites surface and steel substrate,it is found that the former is better than the latter,and,the hardness of the former is 4.5 times bigger than that of the latter,and the friction and wear volume of the former is half bigger than that of the latter.
