热压烧结制备NASICON陶瓷的性能
Properties of Hot-Press Sintered NASICON Ceramics
【摘要】 采用溶胶凝胶法制得的NASICON先驱体粉末,通过热压烧结的方法制备了一系列的NASICON(x=2)陶瓷,并对所得NASICON陶瓷的相组成、显微结构和电性能等进行了分析和讨论。结果表明,随着烧结温度的不同,相同成分试样的相组成和微观结构都有很大不同,低温烧结的试样晶粒较小,结构疏松,试样的致密度低,随着温度的升高,试样的结构渐趋紧密,致密度相应提高,同时试样中晶粒的尺寸也有所增大。试样结晶度和致密度的区别导致了试样电导率的不同,结果发现随着烧结温度的升高,试样的电导率明显增大。而对试样介电常数的研究则表明,复介电常数的实部ε’(ω)和虚部ε"(ω)随交流频率ω的变化显示出一种非德拜弛豫型关系特征。
【Abstract】 A series of NASICON (Sodium super ionic conductor,x=2) ceramics were prepared through hot-press sintering at different temperatures but certain pressure 20 MPa. The crystalline phase and microstructure of the obtained ceramics were investigated and the ionic conductivity,dielectric coefficient and mechanical properties of these ceramics were discussed in detail. Results show that the density of the sample prepared at low temperature (1000℃) is relative low and the crystals in the sample are very small. With the increase of sintering temperature,both the density and crystal size of samples increase obviously,resulting in the increase of ionic conductivity of samples.
