The debinding process and mechanism of PW based system and aqueous PEG based system for Y-TZP powder injection molding were studied.The result shows that wile 47 h of debinding time for PW based system based on thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) of the feedstock,water debinding system,based on PEG with wide moleculer mass,was immersed in water for 2 h at 40℃,to 65% of PEG.Channels from surface to interior of brown samples were observed by SEM,then the residual binder was removed through rapid thermal debinding...
