添加氟化物燃烧合成低氧含量α-SiAlON粉体

【摘要】 利用氟化物引入稳定离子,通过燃烧合成技术制备出低氧含量的α-SiAlON陶瓷粉体,并且运用XRD和SEM对燃烧产物进行了表征。结果表明,与通常氧含量较高的组成相比,低氧含量组成合成出的粉体相纯度稍低,晶粒择优生长不显著,产物主要为等轴状颗粒。研究还发现,在Caα-SiAlON系统中存在一个氧含量的门槛值,当试样的起始组成中实际氧含量低于此值时,燃烧产物中没有α-SiAlON生成。

【Abstract】 By using fluorides to introduce stabilizing cations,α-SiAlON powders with low oxygen contents were prepared by combustion synthesis and further characterized by XRD and SEM.The experimental results showed that the phase purity was a little lower and the preferred growth of grains was not remarkable in the products from starting compositions with low oxygen contents compared with high-oxygen cases.It was also found that for Ca system there was an oxygen content threshold below which no α-SiAlON could be synthesized in combustion products.
