EDXRF法测定W-Mo-Ni-Fe合金组分
Composition Determination for W-Mo-Ni-Fe Alloy Using by EDXRF
【摘要】 介绍了用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法(EDXRF)同时测定W-Mo-Ni-Fe合金组分的分析方法。当W、Mo、Ni和Fe的质量分数依次为70%~90%、7%~21%、2%~6%和1%~3%时,其测量结果的相对标准偏差依次不大于0.5%、1.5%、3%和4%。该方法快速、简便。
【Abstract】 A method determining W, Mo, Ni and Fe contents at the same time for W-Mo-Ni-Fe alloy by using energy diffuse X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) spectroscopy is described. The results show that this method is rapid, simple and convenient. The relative standard derivations are less than 0.5%, 1.5%, 3% and 4% when the mass ratios are in the range of 70%~90%, 7%~21%, 2%~6% and 1%~3% for W, Mo, Ni and Fe, respectively.
