基于二次通用旋转组合设计的MoO2氢还原工艺优化研究

【摘要】 采用二次通用旋转组合设计法,建立了钼粉粒度、氧含量与还原工艺参数间关系的经验数学模型,绘制了双工艺参数与钼粉粒度、氧含量间关系的函数图,得出了制备钼粉的最佳工艺,即还原温度为950~1000℃,料层厚度为1.8~2.0cm,推舟速度为90~100min/boat。

【Abstract】 A mathematical model of the relation between molybdenum powder particle, oxygen content and reduction process parameters has been established by means of quadratic general rotary unitize design. The function graphical of double process parameter contribution to powder particle and oxygen content has been drawn. The optimum hydrogen reduction of MoO2 process has been obtained. The temperature of reduction is 950~1000℃, the thickness of layer is 1.8~2.0 cm, the speed of push boat is 90~100 min/boat. The results supply references to the commercial production practice of molybdenum powder.
