沉淀强化型Nb-W-Mo-Zr合金的结构和性能
Microtructure and Properties of Deposit Strengthened Nb-W-Mo-Zr-C Alloy
【摘要】 介绍了一种固溶加沉淀复合强化型的Nb-W合金的结构特征,采用固溶加时效方法,使合金中的碳化物细小,均匀和弥散分布,拉伸试验结果表明,合金的室温和高温强化效果显著。对合金中可能的各种强化机制的作用,各强化机制之间相互影响也进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The microstructure characteristics by solution and precipitation strengthenings for Nb-W alloy are introduced in this paper. It is found that the solution plusing aging treatments make carbide precipitates fine and uniform. Tensile test indicates that the strengthening effects are notable at room temperature and high temperature. All kinds of possible strengthening mechanisms and their influence are also discussed.
