利用Ca(NO32-P2O5乙醇溶液体系制备纳米羟基磷灰石

【摘要】 使用Ca(NO3)2-P2O5乙醇溶液体系制备纳米羟基磷灰石,研究了在该体系中水浴温度、煅烧温度、陈化时间等因素对粉体的相成分,粒度和结晶度的影响。结果表明:水浴温度低,合成的粉体粒度小(约20nm),颗粒均匀且具有良好的分散性,但是结晶度较低;陈化后导致粉体粒度变大,结晶度增加;随着煅烧温度的升高,粉体的结晶度增加,600℃时可以得到结晶高的单一的羟基磷灰石粉体。在800℃煅烧时,羟基磷灰石发生部分分解。

【Abstract】 Hydroxyapatite (HA) nanopowders were prepared by a novel and convenient method by using the system of Ca(NO3)2-P2O5 ethanol solution and without adjusting the pH value and stirring vigorously as well as phosphates hydrolysi for long time. The effects of water-bath temperature, calcining temperature and ageing time on the dimension and crystallinity of powders were investigated. The result show that the HA powders prepared at lower water-bath temperature have small and uniform particle size of about 20 nm but lower crystallinity. Aging treatment results in the increases of particle size and crystallinity. With increasing the calcining temperature, the crystallinity of powders increase and the phase of powders changes. The pure HA phase canbe obtained at 600 ℃ and the partial HA decomposed at 800 ℃ .
