纸幅张力测定仪在纸机传动控制系统中的应用
The application of paper web tension measuring device in paper-machine drive control system
【摘要】 利用纸幅张力测定仪与纸机传动系统组成计算机控制系统。在控制方案上采用速度控制和张力控制的复合控制方式,同时通过软硬件对张力测定仪的零点漂移进行补偿和现场校正。运行实践证明,该控制系统动态控制精度达到0.01%,适用于薄页纸机。
【Abstract】 A computer control system was composed by paper web tension measuring device and paper machine drive system. The compound control mode of speed control and tension control was used and the zero shift of the tension measuring device was compensated and spot-calibrated by software and hardware. The operation practice shows that the dynamic control precision of the control system can reach 0.01%,being suitable for tissue paper machine.
