基于扫描轨迹控制的Ti-Mo耐高温梯度材料电子束熔炼制备技术研究
Study on Graded Material Fabricated By electron Beam Smelting Based on Scanning Track Control
【摘要】 在通用真空电子束炉的基础上配置计算机、数据采集卡、功率放大器等设备开发了新型电子束扫描控制系统。该系统可对电子束扫描轨迹、扫描频率以及加热区域电子束能量密度进行离线编辑和实时调节和控制。利用开发的电子束扫描控制系统熔炼制备了Ti-Mo耐高温梯度材料。
【Abstract】 A new electron beam control system was developed in a general vacuum electron beam machine by equipped with computer,data acquisition card,power amplifier,et al.In this control system,scanning track,scanning frequency and energy density distribution of electron beam can be off-line programmed,real-time adjusted and controlled on-line.Ti-Mo graded material with high temperature resistant was fabricated by using the technology of electron beam melting control system.
