工艺参数对电场诱导Fe-Ti-C系燃烧合成的影响

【摘要】 采用G1eeble热模拟机,利用电场诱导Fe-Ti-C系燃烧合成,针对保温过程和压力对体系燃烧合成的影响进行了探讨。对体系燃烧合成过程的温度场和合成产物进行了分析,结果表明:电场作用可降低体系的点火温度,200℃保温压坯的点火温度及所达到的最高温度都比相对应的未保温压坯的高,未保温压坯的合成产物由TiC,Fe和Fe2Ti组成,而保温压坯的合成产物主要由TiC和Fe组成,经过200℃保温的合成产物中TiC颗粒比未保温的要小一些。在加热过程中对压坯施加一较小的压力不仅可以降低点火温度,还能获得细小的TiC颗粒,但压力对合成产物的组成影响不大,都由Fe,TiC和少量Fe2Ti组成。

【Abstract】 Using the thermal simulation instrument Gleeble,the effects of technologic parameters such as pressure and the process of heat preservation on combustion synthesis of Fe-Ti-C system under the action of an electric field were studied.A series of research,such as temperature analysis on combustion synthesis of the system and X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM) analysis of products,show that both the ignition temperature and the highest temperature of the compact with heat preservation at 200℃ are higher than that of the compact without heat preservation,the products of the compact with heat preservation at 200℃ consist of TiC and Fe.However,the products of the compact without heat preservation consist of TiC,Fe and a little Fe2Ti.The size of the compact with heat preservation at 200℃ is smaller than that of the compact without heat preservation,a small pressure will cause the decreasing of ignition temperature and small size of TiC,the pressure has a little influence on products.
