ZnO纳米材料及掺杂ZnO材料的最新研究进展

【摘要】 作为一种新型的Ⅱ-Ⅵ族半导体材料,ZnO具有优良的光学和电学性能。目前国际上除纳米线外,ZnO纳米带、纳米棒、纳米阵列、纳米弹簧、纳米环已合成出来,并有广泛的应用前景。在ZnO中掺入Mg、Co等元素可以实现带隙调节,有望开发出紫外、绿光、特别是蓝光等多种发光器件。稀磁半导体材料更是当今研究的热点。结合国内外的研究现状,分别介绍了有关ZnO纳米新材料、掺杂非磁性元素和磁性元素的ZnO材料的最新研究进展。

【Abstract】 As a novel material ofⅡ-Ⅵsemiconductor,zinc oxide(ZnO)has very good optic and electric properties.At present various nano ZnO materials have been synthezied internationally,such as nano belts,nano rods, nano arrays,nano springs,and nano tings,except the nano wires.The ZnO dopped with elements such as Mg and Co may realize the band gap adjustment and may possibly develop many kinds of the green light-emitting,ultraviolet-emit- ting,specially the blue light-emitting components.The diluted magnetic semiconductors study is a hot spot at present. This article first introduces important respects of new ZnO nano materials,then elaborates the research progress of the nonmagnetic element-doped and the magnetic element-doped ZnO materials at present and the related knowledge respec- tively,and gives a short summary with a forcast for the furture in the end.
