微波介质陶瓷器件与测量技术

【摘要】 利用平行板法测量微波陶瓷介质谐振器的原理,开发成功微波介质陶瓷介电性能的自动测量系统,其具有自动校准程序、自动搜索判别正确谐振峰和处理存储数据结果以及测试界面友好直观等优点,并采用两种不同方法对平行金属板导电率进行标定,完善系统的自动化测量精度,实现微波陶瓷的精确和自动测量;在实验工作中不仅采用传统的固相反应法而且利用共沉淀和水热合成等溶液反应技术,还采用凝胶浇注技术成型复杂形状的微波陶瓷器件和利用流延成型技术制备大尺寸微波集成陶瓷基板,研制成功高电容率和品质因子并接近于零的谐振频率温度系数的系列化微波介质陶瓷;开发成功多种微波介质元器件,包括介质谐振器、介质滤波器、GPS天线、通信电缆滤波接头和微波集成基板等。

【Abstract】 In this paper,measurement techniques are presented for microwave dielectric ceramic devices with the principle of parallel plates, including hardware, software and friendly measurement interface. Different kinds of synthesis techniques are adopted, not only traditional solid-state reaction method but also solution synthesis techniques, in addition to the gel-casting for complex shape of ceramic components and tape-casting for large scale plate of microwave IC. Several kinds of microwave devices are developed, including dielectric resonators, dielectric filters, GPS antennas, filtering connectors of communication cables,and thin substrates for microwave IC,which are applied in different kinds of microwave equipments.
