工艺条件对微波直接氮化法合成AIN的影响
The Effects of Processing Parameter on the Microwave Synthesis of AIN Powder Using Direct Nitridization Method
【摘要】 根据微波加热特点,研究了在微波环境下装料匣钵以及添加剂对Al粉氮化的影响。结果表明,采用莫来石材料的装料匣钵与添加复合添加剂(氟化铵+锌粒)进行微波Al粉氮化,在常压下1050℃保温30min,得到了晶体形状规则、颗粒均匀细小的高纯度AlN。
【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of microwave heating, the effects of loading containers and additives on the nitridization of aluminum powder by microwave processing has been studied. The results showed that the pure AlN powder with regular crystal formations and fine grains can be achieved in the temperature of 1050℃for 30min. The mullite casket is used as the loading container, and the mixed additive composed by ammonium fluoride and Zinc particles played a vital role in the direct nitridization process.
