助熔剂对微波法快速合成红色荧光体La2O2S:Eu的影响
The Influence of Different Fluxes in Rapid Synthesis of the Red Phosphor La2O2S:Eu by the Microwave Radiation Method
【摘要】 用微波辐射法快速合成了红色荧光化合物La2O2S:Eu。用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、荧光分光光度计等手段对合成产物进行了分析和表征,并研究了不同助熔剂Li2CO3、Na2CO3、K2CO3、(NH4)2CO3对材料物相结构、微观形貌及发光性能的影响。结果表明:4种助熔剂的加入均可得到单相晶体,材料的晶体结构为六方晶系,与La2O2S的相同。颗粒尺寸以及微观形貌因助熔剂的不同而有所差别。发光性质研究表明:不同助熔剂的加入并没有改变样品发射谱主峰位置(627nm),但对其峰强度产生明显影响;激发光谱主峰的位置及强度也发生了较大变化。
【Abstract】 La2O2S:Eu, red phosphor is rapidly synthesized in a microwave field. The synthesized phosphors are investigated respectively by XRD, SEM and Fluorescence spectrophotometer. The influences of several fluxes of Li2CO3, Na2CO3, K2CO3, Na3PO4, (NH4)2CO3, Na2C2O4 and NaCl on the structure, micrograph and luminescent properties of La2O2S:Eu phosphor are studied. The results indicate that single phase La2O2S:Eu could be obtained by adding different fluxes, except Na3PO4. La2O2S:Eu phosphors possess hexagonal crystal structure, which is similar to that of La2O2S. The grain size and micrograph of the samples are different with different fluxes. Emission spectrums show that the intensity of emission peak at 627 nm depends greatly on the added flux, but their shape and position are similar. In the excitation spectnims,not only the intensity of main peak but also its position are affected by the added flux.
