辣根过氧化物酶固定化载体材料的研究进展
Research Progress in Support Material for Immobilization of Horseradish Peroxidase
【摘要】 酶的固定化是酶工程领域的一个重要分支,而固定化酶的性能在很大程度上取决于载体材料的性质,因此研制开发性能优异的固定化载体材料成为了固定化酶技术最为活跃的研究方向之一。辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)是一类在生物传感器、有机合成和废水处理等领域有着广泛应用的酶制剂。人们对其固定化进行了大量的研究,取得了丰硕的成果,开发出了许多性能优异的载体材料。结合固定化HRP的应用,从天然高分子材料、合成高分子聚合物、无机材料及复合材料等方面综述了HRP固定化载体材料的研究进展。结果表明,载体材料的发展能有效地改善固定化酶的性能,并在扩大其应用范围的同时还可能带来固定化酶技术上的突破。
【Abstract】 Enzyme immobilization is one of the important aspects of enzyme engineering,and the performance of the immobilized enzyme mostly lies on the properties of support materials.Researching and developing multifunc- tional matrices for immobilized enzymes is considered as one of most activated orients.Horseradish Peroxidase(HRP) has been successfully used to construct biosensor,catalyze organic reaction and dispose wastewater.The investigation on HRP immobilization is continuously done,and lots of support materials,which exhibit better performance,are dis- covered or synthesized.Numerous materials are used as carriers for HRP,composing of natural polymer,synthetic polymer,inorganic matrix and hybrid material.The advancement of support materials could enhance the performance of the immobilized enzyme,enlarge their application fields and possibly bring breakthrough in the enzyme immobiliza- tion methods.
