镍催化制备炭/炭复合材料研究

【摘要】 采用催化化学气相渗透法(CCVI)制备出炭/炭(C/C)复合材料。考察了Ni/SiO2、Ni/Al2O3、Ni/ZSM-5负载型催化剂对热解炭沉积速率和微观结构的影响,并借助偏光显微镜(PLM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射分析(XRD)表征了热解炭的微观结构。结果表明:在添加催化剂的碳纤维预制体中,热解炭有较快的沉积速率和较好的微观结构。其微观结构和沉积机理均与催化剂有关。

【Abstract】 To research the microstructure of pyrocarbon and the mechanism of catalytic depositing carbon/carbon(C/C) composites are fabricated with catalytic chemical vapor infiltration.In this paper,the influences of Ni/SiO2,Ni/Al2O3 and Ni/ZSM-5 supported catalysts on the depositing carbon rate and microstructure are investigated in details.Polarized light microscopy(PLM),scanning electronic microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD) analysis are used to characterize the texture of pyrocarbon in pure C/C composites(as contrast) and C/C composites added with Ni/SiO2,Ni/Al2O3 and Ni/ZSM-5 powders(200 mesh),respectively.The result shows that pyrocarbon has faster depositing rate and higher-texture in carbon fiber cloth substrates doped with supported catalysts than that of the pure ones.Both the microstucture of the pyrocarbon and its deposition mechanism have a close correlation with the catalysts.
