无机功能材料新工艺研究及其工业化前景
Research on New Processes of Inorganic Functional Materials and Their Industrialization Prospects
【摘要】 综述了一系列无机功能材料(如微/纳米金属氧化物、铌酸锂粉体、氧化锌及硫化锌、轻质氧化镁和铜基钼酸盐)的生产新工艺,例如离子交换技术、均匀沉淀技术等等。这些新工艺蕴涵着材料科技领域最前沿的研究方向和最有效的制备方法,具有极高的科技含量和技术创新性,在与传统制备工艺的比较中体现了新工艺的技术优势和良好的工业化前景,对上述材料的性质和应用也进行了详细的阐述。
【Abstract】 New processes of a series of inorganic functional materials(micro-and nanostructured metal oxides,LiNbO3,ZnO,ZnS,light magnesium oxide,and copper-molybdate)are summarized in this paper,such as,ion replacement technology,homogeneous precipitation technology,etc.These new processes implicate the most advanced topics and the most effective preparation methods,which have high technological content and technical innovation.Compared with traditional technologies,the advantages of these new processes are well presented,which will be useful for a broad range of applications in industry.Furthermore,the performance and application of these materials are also well discussed in this paper.
