压铸镁合金的腐蚀行为研究
Corrosion Behavior of Diecast Magnesium Alloy
【摘要】 研究了压铸镁合金AZ91D在去离子水和3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。采用失重法测定镁合金的腐蚀速率,扫描电子显微镜观察腐蚀后试样的表面形貌,分别测定其在去离子水和3.5%NaCl溶液中20℃和50℃下的开路电位及极化曲线。结果表明,随着温度的升高压铸镁合金的开路电位降低,耐蚀性能下降,相同温度下其在含有Cl-溶液中的开路电位低于无Cl-溶液中的开路电位。在3.5%NaCl溶液中,随着温度升高压铸镁合金的腐蚀电位明显负移,耐蚀性降低;AZ91D的腐蚀形貌以点蚀为主,腐蚀速率随时间的延长而降低。
【Abstract】 The corrosion behavior of diecast magnesium alloy AZ91D in deionized water and aqueous solution of 3.5%NaCl was investigated.Thus the corrosion rate of the alloy was measured using weight loss method,while the morphologies of the corroded alloys were observed using a scanning electron microscopy.At the same time,the open circuit potentials(OPC)and polarization curves of the alloy in deionized water and 3.5%NaCl solution at 20 ℃ and 50 ℃ were determined,respectively.The results showed that the OPC of the AZ91D alloy decreased with increasing temperature,and the alloy had a higher corrosion potential in Cl--free solution than in solution with Cl-.Moreover,the corroded surface of the Mg alloy was mainly characterized by pitting,and the corrosion rate decreased with increasing immersion duration.
