长豇豆品种ISSR-PCR最佳退火温度的筛选
Screening for the Optimum Annealing Temperatures of ISSR-PCR Primers of Asparagus Bean
【摘要】 通过实验测定获得了长豇豆品种25条ISSR引物的最佳退火温度,发现不同引物间的差异较大,变异系数达到8.80%。与理论推测的退火温度比较发现实测值与理论值间不具有明显的相关关系,相关系数仅为0.37。本研究与其他研究结果相结合表明:可能实验实测是获得最佳退火温度的唯一途径。
【Abstract】 The optimum annealing temperatures of 25 ISSR primers was obtained in asparagus bean. Obvious difference existed among these primers and the variance coefficient amounted to 8.80%. There was no obvious correlation relationship between the two annealing temperatures from experiment and theory,respectively. The correlation coefficient was only 0.37. The joint analysis between the study and previous reports showed that the best way to obtain the optimum annealing temperature might be experiment.
