丙烯酸酯接枝硅油消泡剂的制备与性能
Preparation and properties of acrylate grafted poly(dimethylsiloxane) antifoamers
【摘要】 分别以丙烯酸甲酯接枝硅油(MA-g-PHMS)、丙烯酸乙酯接枝硅油(EA-g-PHMS)和丙烯酸丁酯接枝硅油(BA-g-PHMS)为原料,制得了3种有机硅乳液消泡剂;并用正交试验优化了工艺条件,优化后的条件分别为:MA-g-PHMS硅膏质量分数为24%,乳化剂质量分数为4%,于70℃反应5 h;EA-g-PHMS硅膏质量分数为24%,乳化剂质量分数为3%,于70℃反应4 h;BA-g-PHMS硅膏质量分数为24%,乳化剂质量分数为3%,于75℃反应6 h。3种消泡剂都具有高效的消泡性能,其中EA-g-PHMS消泡剂性能极佳,其消泡时间为10.1 s,抑泡时间为21.6 min。
【Abstract】 Three kinds of silicone antifoamers were prepared with methyl,ethyl and butyl acrylate grafted poly(dimethylsiloxane)[MA-g-PHMS,EA-g-PHMS and BA-g-PHMS],respectively.Optimum process conditions were determined through orthogonal experiment.Results showed that the mass fraction of MA-g-PHMS paste is 24%,the mass fraction of emulsifier is 4%,the reaction time is 5 h,the reaction temperature is 70 ℃.The mass fraction of EA-g-PHMS paste is 24%,the mass fraction of emulsifier is 3%,the reaction time is 4 h,the reaction temperature is 70 ℃.The mass fraction of BA-g-PHMS paste is 24%,the mass fraction of emulsifier is 3%,the reaction time is 6 h,the reaction temperature is 75 ℃.The three antifoamers all have highly defoaming performance,while EA-g-PHMS antifoam property is the best with its foam-suppressing time of 10.1 s,foam inhibition time of 21.6 min.
