基于π网络零相位法石英晶体负载谐振频率测量技术研究
The Research On The π-Network Zero Phase Measurement Of The Load Resonant Frequency Of Quartz Crystals
【摘要】 对基于π网络零相位法测量石英晶体负载谐振频率的3种测量方法进行了分析对比,重点对基于实体电容法的石英晶体负载谐振频率测量技术进行了分析研究。在此基础上,设计适用于实体电容法测量石英晶体负载谐振频率的测试系统。实验表明:负载谐振频率的测量误差达到±5×10-6以内。
【Abstract】 Three methods of measuring quartz crystal load resonant frequency by zero phase technique in a pi-network are analyzed and compared,and a deep research on measurement of the load frequency of the quartz crystals using physical load capacitors is represented. Then a measurement system to determine the load resonant frequency with physical load capacitors is designed. The results of the experiments showed that the measurement error is less than ±5×10-6.
