晶体表面增透膜设计及工艺研究
Research on Technique and Design of Ar-coating on Crystal Surface
【摘要】 运用光学薄膜计算机模拟系统,设计了用于LBO晶体表面的双点增透膜(1064nm/532nm)及其在真空环境中的制备,获得了满意的光学性能,实测曲线与理论曲线非常接近,符合设计要求。
【Abstract】 The paper mainly describes the design and fabrication of the 2-points anti-reflective coating(1064nm/532nm) on LBO single crystal in vacuum.It is shown that computer simulation method is useful in thin film design to meet the required optical specifications.The result of measuring turns out that both ideal curve and practical curve are very similar and reaches the requirement of technology.
