基于MSP430与NAND FLASH的接口设计
Interface Design based on MSP430 and NAND FLASH
【摘要】 介绍了Samsung公司生产的64M*8位闪烁存储器K9F1208U0M的结构、功能和基本工作原理,研究了其与低功耗单片机MSP430的接口技术,给出了硬件接口原理图和软件编程实现方法.
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the structure,the functions and the basic operating principle of K9F1280U0M with 64M*8bit NAND flash memory produced by Samsung Corporation,studies its interface with the low-power MCU MSP430,and provides the schematic diagram of hardware interface and the implementation of software programming.
