【摘要】 通过对法意识、法观念等概念诠释和比较异同,提出了法意识作为社会意识的一种,它包含了法观念;而法观念又可细划为法律观念、法制观念和法治观念;在法律观念中,主体所侧重反映的是以"行为规范"、"法本质"等为代表的最一般意义上的法现象;在法制观念中,主体更多的是从政治意义上,从法的整个系统、从法秩序以及从它所追求的目标上来反映法这一社会历史现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper it is given by explaining the concept of legal consciousness and legal idea and comparing their differences and similarities that legal consciousness is a kind of social consciousness and contains legal idea. The legal idea can be divided into law idea, legal system idea and legal rule idea. In law idea the corpus mainly reflects on legal phenomenon which is represented by "behavior norm and legal essence . In legal system idea the corpus reflects more on the social history phenomenon from political meaning, whole system of legal, legal order and its pursuing aim.
