【摘要】 目的:观察猪胆溶纤汤(ZRS)对肝纤维化的预防和治疗作用。方法:采用四氯化碳皮下注射法建立大鼠肝纤维化模型,将肝纤维化大鼠随机分为预防组和治疗组,分别于造模同时和造模后灌胃给予ZRS (2ml/100g,1次/日,连续7周),观察ZRS对各组大鼠血生化指标、肝指数、脾指数的影响。结暴:ZRS预防组血清GPT、LDH水平与模型比较明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),ZRS预防组血清TP、A/G水平与模型比较显著升高(P<0.01),ZRS预防组肝指数与模型组比较显著升高(P<0.01)、脾指数显著降低(P<0.01)。ZRS治疗组血清GOT水平、脾指数与模型组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:ZRS对四氯化碳所致大鼠肝纤维化具有预防和治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the preventative and therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine Zhudan- Rongxian Soup (ZRS) on hepatic fibrosis.Methods:The hepatic fibrosis rats model was established by subcu- taneous injection of carbon tetrachloride.The hepatic fibrosis rats model were randomly divided into preventa- tive group and therapeutic group.The rats in each group were respectively lavaged with ZRS (2ml/100g/d,7 weeks) at the same time of establishing model or after the model was successfully established.The biochemical indicators in serum,the hepatic index,splenic index were detected.Results:GPT and LDH in serum of rats in ZRS preventative group were obviously lower than that of model group (P<0.05,P<0.01);TP and A/G in serum of rats in ZRS preventative group were obviously higher than that of model group (P<0.01);The hepatic index was obviously higher and splenic index was obviously lower in ZRS preventative group compared with model group (P<0.01).GOT in serum of rats in ZRS therapeutic group was significantly lower than that of model group(P<0.01);The splenic index was obviously lower in ZRS therapeutic group compared with model group (P<0.01).Conclusions:Traditional Chinese medicine ZRS has preventative and therapeutic effects on hepatic fibrosis induced by carbon tetrachloride.更多还原
