【摘要】 农村合作金融机构是对中国社会主义新农村建设提供金融扶持最有力的组织保障。作为一种新兴的组织机构,在近几年的探索改革中,它发挥了以往的农村金融机构不能替代的作用,取得了比较令人满意的效果,但是也暴露出了不少问题。文章试图从法律的角度来解析农村合作金融机构在定位、产权和资本制度等方面存在的问题,以期对以后的完善有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Rural Financial Institutions in China are the most powerful financial vehicles to serve the New Socialist Countryside Construction.As new institutions,they work more effectively than the former ones,and get better results during the exploring and reforms.But there still appear many problems.This paper tries to analyze the problems and reasons on theirs status,property rights and capital system within the law realm,to achieve accomplishment in the future.更多还原
