【摘要】 目的研究组织固定时间对原位杂交的影响。方法选择了18个固定时间点的胃癌组织标本,用两种探针进行原位杂交实验。结果固定时间为8~24 h胃癌组织胞核阳性细胞个数及平均光密度为(84/0.40),明显高于其它组;固定时间为6~16 h胃癌组织胞浆阳性细胞个数及平均光密度为(84/0.40),明显高于其它组。结论胃癌组织胞核阳性最佳固定时间为8~24 h,胃癌组织胞浆阳性最佳固定时间为6~16 h。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of fixing tissue at different time on ISHH.Methods The experimental tissues fixed with different time were divided into 18 groups,which were examined the mRNA expression of p53,c-myc using ISHH.WTHZ]Results The number of positive neurons and average optical density value of tissue fixed for 8-24 h were higher than that of others.The number of positive cytoplasm and average optical density value of tissue fixed for 6-16 h were higher than that of others.Conclusion The best time of fixing tissue neurons is 8-24 h for ISHH,the best time of fixing tissue cytoplasm is 6-16 h for ISHH.更多还原
