金属两片罐罐底结构对其承压能力的影响
Effect of the Bottom Configuration on the Compressive Strength of Metal Two-piece Can
【摘要】 抗压强度是金属两片罐的一个重要性能指标,而罐底结构影响其抗压强度。随着两片罐材料厚度的持续减薄,其抗压强度也势必会下降。通过对金属两片罐罐底的承压过程进行有限元模拟,分析了两片罐的罐底结构对其抗压强度的影响,并对一种普通的355mL金属两片罐进行了抗压实验,为金属两片罐的结构设计提供了必要的强度设计依据。
【Abstract】 Compressive strength is one important mechanics factors of metal two-piece can and the bottom configuration affects its compressive strength.Along with a maturity of craft,the thickness of material will be thinned,and the compressive strength of two-piece can will be certainly decreased.The finite element software ANSYS was applied to simulate the compression process by change the bottom side angle and the flank angle of the bottom configuration,and the results was proved by the static compression experiment of a familiar 355ml metal can.This result can be reference of the strength design of metal two-piece can.
