中型电机包装箱底座的设计
Design of Packaging Case Bottom for Medium Size Electric Machinery
【摘要】 运用结构力学分析方法对中型电机包装箱底座模型进行受力分析、弯矩分析、剪力分析,校核了枕木的强度,改进了中型电机包装箱底座中枕木的设计方法,建立了木箱底座上枕木和滑木螺栓连接时以及枕木和滑木钢钉连接时的力学模型,简述了模型的应用。为中型电机包装箱底座设计和安全的研究提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Packaging case bottom for medium size electric machinery was analyzed by mechanical anal- ysis,bending moment analysis,and shear force analysis,with structure mechanics analysis method.The de- sign method of crosstie in the medium electric machinery packaging case was improved.Mechanics models were established for the crosstie and slide wood connected by steel nail on the wooden crate foundation as well as by bolt,the bending moment and the shearing force of the model.The application of the models was summarized.The purpose was to provide a basis to the design and security research of the foundation of me- dium electrical machinery packaging case.
