胶印机侧拉规调节的数字化模拟研究
Research of the Numeral Simulation for the Printing Machine Side-Gauge Adjustment
【摘要】 纸张在印刷机上的定位是影响印刷套准精度的因素之一,在分析一种侧拉规原理的基础上,建立侧拉规调节的数学模型,基于此模型开发VB环境下的侧拉规调节可视化软件,并将AutoCAD嵌入可视化软件之中,以显示机构调整的过程。该系统结合某机型进行测试,效果较好。同时该系统形象、直观,对印刷机操作人员的培训及理论与实践相结合学习亦有一定的启发作用。
【Abstract】 One of the influencing printing precision’s element is the placement of the paper on the printing machine.The model of the side-maker’s numeral adjustment was established after analysis.The principle of a type of side-maker and the adjustment software with window basing on the VB was developed.In order to show the process of the adjustment,AutoCAD was implanted in the software.The system of the software had been tested on some printers and achieved good result.The system has certain functions for cooperation training and the learning between theory and practice.
