【摘要】 责任保险是维护社会和谐稳定发展的一项重要保险制度。但鉴于我国的法制现状与保险市场的发展程度,责任保险的推行还存在着较大现实障碍,无法自动实现其社会管理职能。因此,应在责任风险重大的行业和企业实行强制性的责任保险,并以此为基础推动自愿责任保险的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of building a harmonious society in China,the growth of liability insurance is an important guaran- tee.Because of the basic characteristics of the insurance market,liability insurance faces obstacles in its development and cannot yet fulfill its function of social administration.The article argues that compulsory liability insurance coverage should be at first distributed in enterprises and specific branches of society,which are exposed to severe or great risks.The intro- duction of liability insurance step by step can lead to a sustainable development of the emerging liability insurance market of China.更多还原
