【Abstract】 Considering the current their idea and behave characteristic and requirement of advancing their idea and morality development,the article indicates the importance and realism significance for them to go through the education of "Eight Honors & Eight Disgraces" as socialist concept of honor and disgrace.It suggests some countermeasure to induce them into a correct socialist concept of honour and disgrace.For fostering some eligible socialist ice-snow sports successor,it thinks that the education of socialist concept of honor and disgrace should be carried through the whole process of fostering the junior ice-snow athletes,basing on a long effective education mechanism.更多还原
