【摘要】 目的观察神经妥乐平对CHOP方案治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)所致周围神经系统疾病的疗效。方法采用CHOP化疗方案出现周围神经系统疾病的65例NHL患者随机分为A、B、C三组。A组15例,未治疗;B组25例,弥可保针剂0.5 mg,肌肉注射,1次/d,2周;C组25例,神经妥乐平针剂7.2 Nu,静脉滴注,1次/d,2周。结果治疗1周周围神经系统疾病好转率:B组20.0%,C组56.0% (P<0.01);治疗2周时其好转率分别为52.0%和84.0%(P<0.01);A组未见明显好转。结论神经妥乐平对CHOP化疗方案治疗NHL所致周围神经系统疾病有治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of neurotropin in treatment of the peripheral neuritis caused by CHOP regimen in the non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL)patient.Methods 65 patients with peripheral neuritis caused by CHOP regimen were divided into 3 groups.A group 15 patients as control group accepted chemotherapy only.B group:25 patients were treated with mecobalam injection (0.5 mg,im,qd) for 2 weeks.C group:25 patients were given with neurotropin injection (6 ml,im.qd) for 2 weeks.Results For 1 week treat- ment,the rate of improvement was 20.0 % and 56.0 % in meeobalam group and neurotropin group respectively (P<0.01 ).For 2 weeks,the rate was 52.0 % and 84.0 %(P<0.01).Conclusion The neurotropin has the ac- tion of treating the peripheral neuritis caused by CHOP regimen of chemotherapy in the NHL patient.更多还原
