芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌复合菌制剂对奶牛泌乳性能和乳汁中体细胞的影响研究
Study on Effect of Composite Microbial Agent from Bacillus and Lactobacillus on Lactating Performance of Dairy Cattle and Somatic Cell of Milk
【摘要】 为研究芽孢杆菌、乳酸菌复合菌制剂即奶牛专用微生态制剂对奶牛生产奶性能及乳中体细胞数的影响,选择45头荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为3组,每组15头,进行为期60 d天的饲养试验,3组的基础日粮相同,1、2组分别添加0.5%、1%的奶牛专用微生态制剂,3组为对照。分析了各组的产奶量、乳脂率及体细胞数。结果表明:试验组1、2奶牛产奶量分别比对照组提高10.83%,14.28%,差异均极显著(P<0.01);试验组1、2牛奶的乳脂率分别比对照组提高0.27%、0.34%,差异极显著(P<0.01);试验1、2组奶中体细胞数比对照组分别低0.21%、0.26%,差异均不显著(P>0.05)。结论认为奶牛专用微生态制剂对奶牛提高产奶量、改善牛奶品质和预防奶牛隐性乳房炎的发生有积极作用。
【Abstract】 45 Holstein cows were divided randomly into 3 groups to conduct a 60-d feeding trial in order to determine the effect of composite microbial agent from bacillus and lactobacillus on lactating performance of dairy cattle and somatic cell count of milk.Under the same basic diet,group 1 and 2 received 0.5% and 1.0% composite microbial agent respectively,group 3 as the control group.Milk production,milk fat percentage and somatic cell count were tested and analyzed.The results showed that milk production of group 1 and 2 was higher 10.83% and 14.28% respectively than that of group 3(P<0.01);milk fat percentage of group 1 and 2 was higher 0.27% and 0.26% respectively than that of group 3(P<0.01);meantime,SCC of milk from group 1 and 2 was lower 0.21% and 0.26% respectively than that of control group(P>0.05).Those results indicated that composite microbial agent was attributed to Improving milk quality,enhancing milk production and preventing occurrence of sub-clinical mastitis for dairy cattle.
