【Abstract】 E-government information resource is divided into shared information which belongs to public goods and reserved information which belongs to private goods.Then the coefficient of the platform of the e-government is introduced to denote the extra cost caused by the incompatibleness of the platform.Based on these assumptions,a optimal decision model is constructed and its Nash equilibrium and Pareto efficiency are discussed.更多还原
