【摘要】 以废平板玻璃制备泡沫玻璃,不仅能节约原料,还能变废为宝,达到资源的综合利用。本实验以废平板玻璃为基料,碳黑为发泡剂,添加适量助熔剂和稳泡剂,采用粉体烧结,高温发泡工艺研制出了泡沫玻璃。研究表明:当废玻璃用量达到75.7%,碳黑加入9.80%,加入适量的助熔剂和稳泡剂,预热升温速度为5℃/min,快速升温速度为10℃/min,发泡温度为800℃,发泡时间为30min,可得到较为理想的泡沫玻璃。更多还原

【Abstract】 Preparation of the foamed glass with the flat glass waste has very great significance.It is not only saving raw materials,but also changing the waste to the comprehensive utilization of resources.This experiment was based on the waste flat glass material,carbon black for the foaming agent,flux,the stability of foam,using powder sintering,foaming process of high temperature.The results show: when the amount of waste glass to 75.7%,9.80% carbon black to join,the preheating temperature speed of 5℃/min,and rapid heating rate of 10°C/min,foaming temperature of 800°C,for 30 minutes foaming time, the products can be more ideal glass foam.更多还原
