碳纤维穿刺增强丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸共聚物泡沫塑料的研究
STUDY OF CARBON FIBER REINFORCED ACRYLONITRILE/METHACYLIC ACID COPOLYMER FOAM PLASTIC BY STICKING
【摘要】 本文采用预浸树脂的碳纤维束对丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸共聚物泡沫塑料进行穿刺增强,探讨不同穿刺角度的碳纤维束对泡沫塑料压缩性能和剪切性能的影响,不同直径碳纤维束对泡沫塑料压缩性能的影响,对比穿刺前后泡沫塑料的主要力学性能变化,初步对穿刺后泡沫塑料的压缩和剪切破坏机理进行探讨。实验结果表明,90°穿刺后压缩强度比同密度未增强的泡沫塑料提高了182%,压缩模量提高了620%,45°穿刺后剪切模量提高了444%,已经达到同密度Nom ex蜂窝芯的水平,说明纤维穿刺增强可有效提高丙烯腈/甲基丙烯酸共聚物泡沫塑料的力学性能。
【Abstract】 Acrylonitrile/Methacylic Acid copolymer foam plastic is reinforced by the stick of carbon fiber bundles dippen with resin.The influences of both the stick angles and the diameters of carbon fiber bundles on the compressive properties and shear properties of the foam are discussed.The changes of the foam’s main mechanical properties are compared before and after sticking.Meanwhile,the fracture mechanism of compress and shear after sticking is primarily discussed.The results show that,compared to the foam plastics with the same density,the compressive strength of the foam plastic after sticking with 90° increases by 182%.Meanwhile,the compressive module increases by 620% and the shear module of the foam plastic after sticking with 45° increases by 444%,which has reached the level of beehive core.It indicates that fiber sticking is an effective method to improve the mechanical properties of Acrylonitrile/ Methacylic Acid copolymer foam plastic.
