FRTP筋制备与基本物理力学性能试验

【摘要】 目前,混凝土结构中对结构进行加固或用作增强的FRP筋、FRP板等材料普遍采用纤维增强热固性树脂复合材料。本文根据自行研究的不同生产工艺,加工生产连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯光面筋及螺纹筋。这种新型热塑性FRP筋(简称FRTP筋)具有强度高、韧性好、可二次成型、可焊接、与混凝土粘结好等优点;同时具有生产成本较低、生产过程无刺激气体放出、无污染、可回收再利用等良好的社会效益。对这两种FRTP筋进行一般物理与力学性能试验,包括抗拉强度、弹性模量、抗冲击性、吸水性等。同时对其微观形态和与混凝土材料的粘结性能进行研究,并与相应的热固性FRP筋进行比较。结果显示,FRTP筋在以上诸多方面均有良好性能,能够较好满足土木工程结构的要求。

【Abstract】 Commonly,FRP bars or FRP sheets for reinforcing structures used in civil engineering are mostly fiber reinforced thermosetting polymers(FRTP).In this paper,we successfully fabricated continuous glass-fiber-reinforced polypropylene bars with different processing technology.These kinds of new Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Polymer(FRTP) bar have so many advantages,such as high tensile strength,high toughness,light weight,high elongation percentage,good durability,no environmental pollution and high bonding strength with concrete.Furthermore,they also can be reshaped as we need in job site.In this paper,two kind of different fabricating techniques are employed,and the physical and mechanical performance of these new kinds of continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene bars are studied.Some study works such as impact resistance and hygroscopic property also have been done to compare with that of FRSP bars.The results show that these kinds of FRTP bars have good performance in the aspects mentioned above,and which can meet the needs of civil engineering structures well.
