【摘要】 目的探讨大脑胶质瘤病(GC)的临床表现、影像学和病理学特点,以提高对该病的认识。方法对高度怀疑大脑胶质瘤病的8例患者进行脑组织活检,将临床症状、影像学及病理特点做对照研究。结果8例患者有进行性加重的头痛、呕吐等颅内压增高表现,并伴有智力与精神障碍、癫痫、偏瘫等症状;影像学显示双侧大脑半球对称性弥漫性病灶,灰白质均受累,占位效应不明显,无显著强化;病理证实为大脑胶质瘤病。结论大脑胶质瘤病的临床表现与影像学结合可帮助诊断,最终确诊仍需依靠病理学检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical manifestation, radiological and pathological characteristics of gliomatosis cerebral (GC). Methods Eight patients with CG were analyzed for the clinical manifestation, radiological and pathological characteristics. Tumors were confirmed by surgery or biopsy. Results The main clinical manifestations of the 8 patients were progressive intracranial hypertension, repeated epileptic attack accompanied by various degrees of mental retardation and dysphrenia. Histological examination confirmed the diagnosis. Conclusions The clinical and radiological features are helpful for the diagnosis of cerebral gliomatosis, however, pathology is mandatory to confirm the diagnosis.更多还原
