论高校各级职能部门的精细化管理
On the delicacy management of functional departments of various levels in colleges
【摘要】 文章在论述精细化管理重要意义的基础上,从预算、流程、成本、时间、质量和组织六个方面探讨了高校各级职能部门的精细化管理,并指出了各级职能部门实施精细化管理需要注意的问题。
【Abstract】 Based on the significance of delicacy management,this article investigates delicacy management in six aspects,i.e.,budget,procedure, cost,time,quality and organization,and points out matters possibly arising in the execution of delicacy management.
