【Abstract】 The Subsidiary, Closeness and Proportion principles of the EU have been playing a positive role in the process of local European autonomy.These principles have revelatory meanings to the development and perfec- tion of the local autonomy in China.China can try to incubate the ideas of local autonomy,legalize the principles and rules of local autonomy,push forward the democracy responsibility system, raise the degree of citizen’s par- ticipation,reform the system of local finance,strengthen the power of the local autonomy and set up diverse com- pliment mechanisms.更多还原
