【摘要】 几年来,体育总局干部培训中心对国家队教练员赴国外培训的理念、管理手段、教学实施、课程设置等多方面进行了认真的总结。为了进一步提高培训质量,使培训过程更加科学、完善,培训内容更有针对性、实用性,培训中心不断进行研究和思考,立足细节狠抓创新,从细节入手,科学合理的完善培训计划的组织工作、课程设置、监督评估等;同时,不断创新培训理念、方法、手段,提出了将国家队教练员赴国外培训班努力培养成为学习型组织,将参加培训班的国家队教练员培养成为学习型教练员的培训理念。更多还原
